Swick Realty

812 Hampshire St. Quincy IL 62301

I sell real estate. It's my primary job & how I pay my bills. I'm licensed to practice in the states of Illinois and Missouri.  I take my job as seriously as you take the biggest investment you probably have, your home. I am located at the Western edge of Illinois in historic Quincy. Originally licensed in 1983 in the suburbs of Chicago. I relocated to Quincy in 1991, where I became affiliated with Century21 Awerkamp & Hays Ltd. then Century21 Broughton Team in June 2009. In October 2013 I opened SWICK Realty, an independent brokerage.  While I specialize mainly in New & Existing Residential real estate, I also handle Relocation, Multifamily, Commercial, Building and Recreational land sales. Almost 80% of my business is by referral and I take that responsibility very seriously-I always do the very best for my clients.

That is what keeps me in business so I will always treat you better than you expected by going the extra mile for you.

I'm active in my business and my community. I serve in State and Local Association Leadership, am a 3 time President of the Quincy Association of Realtors®, past Chair of Professional Standards for Illinois Realtors® and continue to serve on the Professional Standards Committee. I remain a consistent leadership committee member for both organizations, am a GRI graduate and was selected as the 2014 Quincy Association Realtor® of the Year.

In my community, I have organized and chaired multiple US Military Veteran initiatives and am Chair of the Tri-State Warrior Outreach request committee, responding to unmet needs of local area Veterans. I am a past Paul Harris Fellow of the Quincy Rotary Club and current member of the Quincy Exchange Club.
